Can you suggest any alternatives to crystal light?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Mio, Vitamin Water,: Gatorade, and many other low- or zero-calorie sweetened drinks work just like crystal light. They temporarily fool our brains into believing we just had sugar. However, they don't suppress the craving for sugar. So once we've drunk them, we still want more.
