Basic options:: 1. Nothing 2. Local anesthesia (can add laughing gas or oral sedation) 3. Iv sedation 4. General anesthesia. Please re-post question with why you are asking this and\or problems? Concerns? Issues? It would be best to discuss this with the dentist that you have chosen to actually treat you.
