Laughing gas: For most people they have a feeling similar to a drink or two- light headed, relaxed, silly, less apprehensive, senses dulled, less aware of or bothered by treatment, etc. Most patients love the feeling and request it for subsequent treatment visits. A few who are claustrophobic or are control freaks, don't like it.
