Specializes in Allergy and Immunology

Food Allergies: Would need more details. If you have always eaten sunflower seeds with no issue and a blood test showed a sensitivity then the blood test is wrong, this is called a false positive test. Food allergy diagnosis relies on both clinical history and testing. If there is not a concerning clinical history then you can ignore the testing. Same goes for wheat. Talk to allergist if you haven't already.
