Is there a link between being allergic to wheat and rosacea?

No : Wheat allergy in itself can cause a facial rash. Similarly, people with gluten insensitivity (or celiac disease) can sometimes have a condition called dermatitis herpetiformis which rarely presents as a facial rash. Rosacea is a condition not associated with allergy.
