Can Drive.: Sclerotherapy is the injecting of a solution into the spider veins to dissolve them. Sometimes it is also used on the varicose veins. If you did not receive any sedation for the treatment (most people do not), then you should be able to safely drive home. My patients routinely drive themselves home.
