On the cusp: Hi. Yes, that's right on the cusp between impaired fasting glucose and diabetes (falling on the diabetes side), and definitely not normal. Make sure you're using a serum glucose and not a finger stick. Also, it should be repeated for confirmation. Eat healthily and exercise regularly for life! To your health!
