My acne seems to be getting worse with age, what to do?

Treat it: Don't ask why. Acne isn't really related to lifestyle or hygiene and diet is at most a minor facto. If you have other evidence of hormonal disturbance (virilization if you are a woman, cushingism), your physician will pick it up. Use topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated, if this fails after two weeks get with your physician. I was able to stop using acne rx at age 50. Best wishes.
