I have acne from the age of 16 (i m 23 now) and dandruff too.recently my acne started gettin worse & thr r painful black patches on both sides of nose?

Mixed issues...: One might be worsening the other one. You might need anti fungal and antibiotic treatment in order to help with both conditions. Both are known to be caused by possible infectious source so there is no easy fix especially when both are present at the same time. My advise is to see a Dermatologist for treatment.
