Not uncommon: Many people feel shy in the presence of someone attractive to them. It might take practice to be yourself and speak in such circumstances -- but it doesn't mean a hormone disorder. Depending on degree, you may want help from a psychologist in working through your fears. If you can do this though, you'll have a much better chance of connecting with women in lasting ways. Best wishes.
