Can i drink beer at all while trying to get my wife pregnant? will it harm our future child?

You can: Your drinking will not effect your wife's pregnancy, but could if heavy affect your sperm count...And your performance. On the other hand your wife's drinking of alcohol while she is pregnant could cause harm to the baby. This is because what she takes into her system can cross the placenta and get directly to the baby. There is no safe level of alcohol intake that we know of. Be careful!
