No, you should not.: Creatine use has been associated with negative effects, such as high blood pressure and liver problems. Creatine supplements are therefore not considered safe for teenagers.Other creatine-related adverse effects include weight gain, water retention, gastrointestinal cramping, fatigue, and diarrhea.
