Right sided CP: If the pain is of a sudden onset associated with shortness of breath, i would recommend you to seek immediate medical attention since this be a blood clot in the lung. If the pain is associated with fever and cough, then it is possibly related to pneumonia. Some of the lung tumors present with chest pain due to nerve infiltration. If all the tests including ct chest are negative then ? Pleurisy.
