A member asked:

If full blood work is all normal, does that mean someone is healthy and not dying?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Normal blood work is a good thing, but there are no guarantees in matters of health. We can only incline our bodies toward good health with healthy lifestyles devoid of toxins like drugs, alcohol, and tobacco, and diets with fruits and vegetables, protein, low in starches (breads, potatoes, pasta, ; rice, ) and daily exercise.
