Possibilities: There are many possibilities here, so i would encourage you to establish care with, or continue seeing, a physician. You might want to consider the possibility of a kidney stone, which can give you pain that radiates to the back. If the pain persists as it seems to, an abdominal ultrasound or ct can help rule out anything structural.
