Move move move: I have many patients and family members with fibromyalgia. It's believed to be widespread neurological disorder affecting neurotransmitters in the brain and the peripheral nervous system. You ache all over and sometimes feel "off" mentally. The best way to treat all symptoms is exercise and nutrition. Meds work for a while, in the short-term. Exercise improves brain blood flow, too.
