Yes: 30 y male told that he has fibromyalgia & low blood pressure. He wants to know if these symptoms can be related. Some people with fibromyalgia have postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, POTS, & commonly become lightheaded when they stand up suddenly. Blood pressure changes are due to dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system, called Dysautonomia. Hypermobility Syndrome is often associated.
