Likely due to food: Your "stomach noises" are more likely related to what you ate, less likely azithromycin, but not surgical abortion procedure. Regardless, your symptoms sound minor. However, immediate seek medical attention if you develop severe abdominal/pelvic pain, excessive vaginal bleeding or discharge, fever, or vomiting.
