Pain after RCT: Pain following RCT is not uncommon. We normally prescribe an appropriate pain medication to deal with such circumstances to be used if OTC medication such as Advil, Motrin or Aleve (naproxen) is insufficient. If it's not better by the morning, call your dentist for advice.
