Sure it's lymph node: Are you sure these things aren't sebaceous cysts or subcutaneous abscesses? They kind of sound like that instead of just straight out lymph nodes.

Both breasts burn and hurt/get sharp stabbing pain on the outer sides near the arms. Armpit pain as well, mainly the left side. Arm joints and elbows hurting, lymph nodes in groin hurting, painless lump on side of neck, painful lump on front of neck.
What could cause pressure followed by twitching/spasming that lasts a few seconds?? Happening in many places but most often in my left armpit and and chest area near heart? Also usually caused by stretching or moving arm? Thank you, I'm 18 by the way?
