Not really: If your pregnancy fails then you will begin to have bleeding and cramping despite the progesterone. Successive ultrasound studies along with successive bhcg will be able to determine if your pregnancy is successful.For more information www.Askyourgynecologist.Org.

I see: I now see why you are so concerned. I am sorry for your prior losses and apologize for saying not to worry..It is natural to worry after a prior loss. As i said earlier, the sono being a week behind may be totally normal. By 6-7 weeks, there should be a fetus seen on the sonogram. Hopefully you can repeat sono soon. Progesterone could delay bleeding, if the pregnancy is miscarrying.
