Find a local clinic : Progressive sore throat may indicate anything form an allergic, viral, or bacterial infection. A peritonsillar abscess is also a possibility. If it's getting worse definitely see a local health provider, and some remote clinic can use telemedicine to reach distant specialists if needed.
