There is not much info about iugr babies why do they have issues with feeding? should i expect my iugr baby to start solids like normal babies?

IUGR : Iugr can be caused by alot of different things. The iugr can also affect different parts of your baby and their development. So, not all iugr babies are exactly alike when it comes to feeding. Some feed just fine and i would assume yours will also. You can offer solids (soft foods like fruit or rice cereal) at anywhere from 4 months to 6 months and see how your baby does.
