Digging out tonssil stones with q-tip and had bad pain with some bleeding from pushing too far in & hard. could i cause a pseudoaneurysm from this?

Unlikely: A pseudoanuerysm is caused by injury to the vessel wall. A blunt object is unlikely to do this, especially since there are usually not large arteries in that area. You probably scratched the surrounding tissue which does have a very rich blood supply.
