Get checked.: Delayed lightheadedness after trauma is worrisome, and should be evaluated by a clinician, because even "minor" head trauma can lead to bleeding in the brain which can be fatal. I would go to your local doctor who will probably order a brain ct to rule out that possibility. Time is of the essence.
