No cycle: There is a condition called asherman's sx that you need to be checked for. Also sheehan syndrome could be a cause if you lost a lot of blood. You also need labs to check other hormones and don't forget to take a home pregnancy test! hope this helps. Google the conditions and find out more! good luck!
