Bacterial vaginosis: Vaginal odor would be unrelated to your delivery 18 months ago and unrelated to implanon. This sounds like infection and most likely bacterial vaginosis. Blood tends to make the odor worse with this infection. Treatment is antibiotics so you will need to see your obgyn for testing and confirmation.
