Stress: You sound stressed! the best way to deal with anxiety and stress is not always medication. Try to identify what is stressing you whether it be school, work, friends or family. The key is to be truthful to yourself. I always recommend exercise and meditation to my patients who are anxious. Medication is usually a last resort.
