Not likely: The sounds are quite variable, depending on air, fluid, food etc.

Vomiting?: High pitched noises, in the setting of persistent vomiting would indicate an obstruction in your bowel, which is an emergency. However if you are not vomiting and are passing gas/stool ok, this is not likely anything to be concerned about.
