This happen last week i was bench press 160 pounds and couldn't do the last set. so rolled the bar down my chest and on my belly were i sat it for a second. now my belly looks like its indention. ?

Pain: Have you had any pain or new symptoms associated with your belly? If the only problem you have right now is cosmetic, it is probably safe to give yourself time. The fact that it has been a week means it is unlikely you have done any serious damage. See your doctor if the problem persists.

Concerning: 160 pounds "rolled" on your chest and abdomen does not sound comfortable. Bruising or rib pain would be expected. Indentation does not sound right unless there is areas of swelling from your trauma. Consider being examined for any abdominal pain, nausea or change in appetite.
