I'm 30 weeks pregnant and doctor said the baby is small without measuring or feeling is it something i should worry about?

Difficult: It is difficult to tell how big a baby might be...Especially without measuring. The best way to assess a baby's growth is with an ultrasound scan. Even this scan has inaccuracies but should help to see if the baby is growing well. How big you look during pregnancy depends on your weight, your height and overall build. Some babies do have growth problems. If your doctor thinks your small, get scan.
