Yes: I'm assuming that ecosprin is a brand of aspirin. It is perfectly fine to take at this dose. It actually helps to prevent some pregnancy complications, especially preeclampsia. Do not take more than this dose as later in pregnancy it could cause problems. The 75 mg dose is perfect throughout your pregnancy
