Pain: The tova test is to assess sustained attention. It can be used as one part of an evaluation for your condition. Certainly pain interferes with concentration.

Very good for ADHD: The test of variables of attention is an objective, well normed and easily administered test to diagnose attention deficit disorders. In my opinion, it is not considered a test for fibromyalgia.
