My jaw makes sounds of cracking while eating & sometimes it gets jammed.mostly this happens when i sit infront of my computer for long time.

This typically occurs due to heavy muscle contractions mostly at night while sleeping, but also, stress during the day such as concentrating while using a computer can aggravate the problem.
