No: Although inflammation in the hand can cause shoulder pain at times (hand-shoulder syndrome), the face is not neurally connected to the arm.

Not at all: There are no anatomical or functional commonalities or relationships between nerves in the upper extremities and nerves that are found in the face. Therefore, nerve damage in the arm has no way of causing problems with nerves in the cheek or face.

No: The nerves that may cause numbness and tingling in the face are not same nerves as in the arm. Nerve damage in the arm cannot cause tingling and numbness in the cheeks.
