Lifestyle changes: I recall research at unc where they compared the grades of students who watched late night tv with a study group that agreed not to watch tv after study. After a year, the no tv group did about a grade point better in comparable fields of study.Try for proper rest, good nutrition & avoid tv until your brain has had time to move your study work into long term memory.
