Yes: Pacemakers are located more medial and more superficial than the rotator cuff. It would be very unlikely that will present any problem to the surgeon. Let him know you have a pacemaker. You also need to find out from your cardiologist if you are pacemaker "dependent" because if you are, there are a couple of precautions to be taken.
