Yes.: Hydroxyzine is used for anxiety, nausea and vomiting itching from allergies while Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is for add/adhd. Using at the same time seems counterintuitive because one helps improve attention and the Hydroxyzine can cause sedation.
