Usually: There is a caution as both medications can lower the seizure threshold slightly. Generally this would only be an issue if you have a history of seizure or other risk factors for seizure. Check with your physician if you have concerns.

Ummm : Tramadol is in the opiate class, and as such can affect mood and temperament. It is sedating and can counteract the benefits of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) or amplify its side effects. Best to find an alternative pain reliever, perhaps in the NSAID class.
