Yes, unlikely: Yes, extreme stress can cause spotting. Genetic studies have shown most uterine sarcoma (cancer) arise independently except very rare one. Even degenerative fibroid has different genetic pattern compared to uterine cancer. At your age, this is especially rare. Follow-up with your gynecologist for surveillance is however important.
