Infertility doc: Unfortunately you have a lower chance of getting pregnant on your own. You need to maximize your chances. Some can afford to see an infertility doc. Some tips: get an ovulation kit. Have sex daily around ovulation, not more because it takes a while for sperm to come back. Stay healthy - exercise, eat good things, don't smoke. Same for hour partner. And talk to your gyn.
