Yuzpe method: An old fashioned method is to take 100 ucg of estrogen twice 12 hours apart. Most pills contain 20-30 ucg of estrogen so depending on the brand you would take 4 or 5 pills at once and then repeat 12 hours later. Be prepared for some serious nausea.
