A few weeks: There is no reason to take a pregnancy test right after a miscarriage as it takes a few weeks for the bhcg hormone to resolve. Simply wait until you have your next period. If you have a period then you know the miscarriage has resolved. Sorry for your loss.

Has the baby passed?: Has the fetus passed out of the uterus? Do you have any retained fetal tissue? Are you in pain? Bleeding? What prompted you to test at this point?
