Heart valve problem: Pulmonic stenosis is narrowing of the heart valve leading from the right ventricle to the lung. If valve is constricted it can lead to "backup" of venous blood into the liver, and veins can cause symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue. May require surgery or opening it up with a balloon valvuoplasty.
