Don't bother: Especially if you're well-muscled, I'd consider both values to be healthy. Despite the current fad for estimating the GFR on everybody using a subscientific method that was never intended for the general population, I'd urge you simply to give thanks for good healthy and use urinalysis & perhaps concentrating ability to screen if you're still concerned about kidney disease.
