Most recent: Your renal function can vary slightly over time due to hydration status. Thus, the value you get only represents your creatinine clearance at the time your blood was drawn.

Don't bother: Especially if you're well-muscled, I'd consider both values to be healthy. Despite the current fad for estimating the GFR on everybody using a subscientific method that was never intended for the general population, I'd urge you simply to give thanks for good healthy and use urinalysis & perhaps concentrating ability to screen if you're still concerned about kidney disease.
