See doctor: How big are they? Infectious mononucleosis ("mono") is a common condition for swollen glands at your age. However, mono also causes sore throat, fever and fatigue. You seem not to have these symptoms. See your doctor urgently. It may need a biopsy.

Probably allergies: Breathing difficulty can be a serious problem and you should go to the er if you are struggling to breath. The symptoms of cough, itch and breathing problems if seen this time of year, spring, frequently is due to allergies and may be accompanied with runny nose, sore throat, low grade fever and swelling of lymph nodes. You might try an over the counter allergy medicine or see your doctor.
