Very likely: It is either round ligament pain or ovarian pain from a cyst, or from the ovaries being pulled out of the pelvis. This is common and generally not concerning. The uterus doesn't typically cause sharp, i can point to the exact spot, pain. Rather, a generalized tightening or cramping. Your doctors can examine your cervix to see if this is early labor type of pain.
