I had an 11.2 lb baby 4 years ago and recently i have had round ligament type pains on both sides (more dominant on the right side). is this common this far out from pregnancy?

Not related to past: The pain you are having now may be in the same location as what you remember being told was round ligament pain during pregnancy, but pain 4 years later when you presumably aren't pregnant is not round ligament pain. See your doctor for evaluation of other causes for pelvic pain.
