Depends: We first need to be clear on how you define "sex". Some do not believe oral sex for example is sex, and only intercourse is. It is possible to get std from oral sex (papilloma virus and herpes simplex virus). But otherwise it appears you have a condition unrelated to sex (fungal infection and bacterial vaginosis do not require sexual activity to get and are suggested by your medicine profile).
