You need a good Doc: As mentioned before you need to get a doctor you trust who is non-judgmental and an expert in sex and sexually transmitted diseases. You need to be tested for herpes. There are two type. You need to be vaccinated for both hepatitis a and b. If you have no penile discharge or other symptoms it is unlikely for gonorrhea and chlamydia, but it is now past time to get tested. Hiv testing at 6 mos.
